Finance and HR modernization with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM

The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England.
Ofqual’s legacy HR and finance systems were reaching end of life and needed to be replaced. The organization has a Cloud first strategy and was looking for a superior cloud solution with leading-edge, comprehensive functionality to support mission critical business processes, including HR, finance, recruitment and onboarding, well into the future, on a tight budget.
They were looking for a partner with a track record of working collaboratively to work with the Ofqual project team, taking an agile and flexible approach to delivery.
The Inoapps team worked closely with Ofqual to take the organization through a series of workshops, meetings and prototypes over a period of several weeks to identify their needs. On completion, Ofqual was confident that Oracle Cloud was the right solution for them and understood how the functionality would work for them.
Subsequently, Inoapps was selected from the G-Cloud Procurement Framework to implement Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud, along with the Recruitment and Onboarding modules from Oracle’s Talent Management Cloud and an interface to Ofqual's existing Payroll solution. Using our fast implementation approach, the solution went live on budget and within six months of the project commencing.
