When PTC, then PTC Alliance, decided to engage a new Managed Services partner in 2017 to support their Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Hyperion and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) applications, they were looking for a company geographically close to home that could offer a personalized relationship.

The company selected Pittsburgh-based Tier1 and the partnership proved itself quickly. The Tier1 team delivered on their commitment to personalized service and were there to assist PTC day and night during the early days when their infrastructure was still stabilizing.

Over the years, the relationship went from strength to strength and Tier1 has supported PTC with their EBS R12.2 and Oracle Database 19c upgrades. In 2022, when Tier1 joined Inoapps, PTC came with them. By then, PTC was growing, and they needed a Managed Services team that was flexible and could adapt quickly to their business needs.

With flexibility baked into the Inoapps service model, we are well positioned to offer PTC a service designed to support change. The relationship remains strong and the team continues to provide PTC with EBS, DBA and Hyperion skills, as well as ongoing technical infrastructure support for their Inoapps-hosted environments.
