Role Overview

The successful candidate will work in our Managed Service team and will provide Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development/Cloud support to current clients. This will involve dealing with incidents and ad hoc enhancements for our EBS and Cloud Managed Services customers, liaising with technical, functional and Service Delivery teams and may also involve occasional client visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end support of Oracle E Business suite and Oracle Cloud customers through incident, problem and change management.
  • Ad hoc project requirements (providing estimates and implementing changes)
  • Providing advice and guidance to our clients' end-users.

Essential Skills

  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud, predominantly HCM focused
  • SQL/PL SQL
  • BI Publisher
  • Oracle Reports
  • Oracle Workflow
  • Performance Tuning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Discoverer
  • OAF
  • Oracle Forms
  • Oracle Functional awareness around Core Financials, HR, Supply Chain, Projects
  • OTBI
  • Knowledge of maintaining code releases (via SVN or other)
