Role Overview

Inoapps seeks a highly motivated, outgoing, energetic, intelligent, detail-oriented person to join our global Marketing team. You will be responsible for helping to define, implement and execute the end-to-end Marketing Strategy for Inoapps USA. You will report into the Global VP for Marketing and work very closely for the US VP for Sales. You’ll be part responsible for the creation and execution of our marketing strategy in the USA and part of a team of creative, quick-thinking and resourceful marketers, who are laser focused on driving growth for Inoapps.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for B2B products and services, working closely with the sales team and senior management
  • Manage Inoapps’ presence at conferences and events
  • Manage online marketing communications and develop content for social media as part of a wider team
  • Produce marketing collateral for distribution and liaise with designers, printers and other suppliers
  • Keep to budget and maximise ROI for all marketing activity
  • Regularly review the success of campaigns and amend plans accordingly
  • Keep regular contact with key stakeholders internal and external to Inoapps
  • Provide feedback to the US VP Sales and Global VP for Marketing on campaign analysis and ROI
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team across three continents

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrable online and offline multi-channel B2B marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience operating within a CRM environment
  • Experience using a variety of Marketing tools including, analytics, email distribution platforms and online Comtent Management Systems
  • 5 years or more of Marketing experience
  • Some Oracle knowledge


  • Experience of working within the Oracle Partner landscape
  • Experience of marketing in the IT industry
  • Experience working in a supplier and partner model
