Inoapps at Zukunft Personal Europe 2025

From September 9 to 11, the Inoapps team was proud to exhibit at Zukunft Personal in Cologne—one of the leading events in Europe for the future of work and HR.

As a trusted Oracle implementation partner, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry leaders, showcase our expertise, and contribute to the conversation on shaping the workforce of tomorrow.

Day one: Setting the stage with insight and expertise

Tuesday kicked off with high energy and great momentum. The attendees we met were eager to understand how Inoapps helps organizations translate Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities into tangible business results.

The highlight of the day was our interactive workshop: Strategic HR: Compliance, Skills & Growth, delivered by our own HCM global practice lead, Reeti Parikh. Reeti shared practical insights on the future of HR and what Oracle offers. We were delighted with the turnout and the level of engagement. It really set the tone for the rest of the week.

Day two: A packed schedule and powerful conversations

Wednesday proved to be the busiest day of the event and an extremely rewarding one. From early morning to late afternoon, our team was fully engaged in talking to HR leaders, IT professionals, and fellow Oracle users. We explored everything from cloud migration strategies and optimizing HR operations at scale, to managing global rollouts.

It was clear that many organizations are at a turning point, looking to modernize legacy systems and bring people, processes and data together in one unified platform. Our team was proud to showcase how Oracle Cloud combined with Inoapps experience delivers real value.

We also had the pleasure of meeting with other Oracle partners, technology vendors, and prospective clients who are actively shaping the future of HR. The energy was electric, and the shared commitment to innovation was inspiring.

Day three: Closing with connection and reflection

Thursday offered a slightly quieter pace, allowing us to dive deeper into meaningful one-on-one conversations and product demos. It was also a great opportunity to explore the exhibition floor, connect with other innovators in the HR tech space, and reflect on what was truly a standout week for the Inoapps team.
