Global Oracle partner joins Oracle Oil and Gas team

By Olivia Frey, North American Alliance Director, Inoapps

Inoapps was proud to join the Oracle Oil and Gas team in volunteering at the Houston Food Bank this week. The Houston Food Bank serves thousands annually in Houston and surrounding communities. We are proud to host our North American headquarters in Houston, TX, where many of our staff reside, so this volunteer opportunity hit close to home for the Inoapps team. Participants from Inoapps included Tim Galloway, SVP Solutioning, Phil Wilson, VP Growth Accounts, Ross Stevens, Oil & Gas Sales Manager, and Thomas ‘Mac’ McAdams, Industry Director Engineering & Construction.

According to Houston Food Bank’s website, the organization was able to provide more than 150 million nutritious meals via the generous efforts of more than 60,000 local volunteers last year. The Inoapps team is grateful to be a small part of reaching a similar goal this year. You can learn more about the efforts of the Houston Food Bank here.

This volunteer project is a small part of Oracle’s new 4,000 Acts of Kindness initiative. This weeklong event is a compilation of volunteerism across the country by not only Oracle, but their partners and customers, too. You can read more about Oracle’s efforts here.

Ross: “Volunteering at the Houston Food Bank showcases how you can have fun while giving back to the community. They are the largest food bank in the US, and it was exciting to be a part of such a well-run operation.”

Mac: "It was a great opportunity to serve the Houston community we call home, alongside our Oracle friends!"

Thanks again to Oracle for sponsoring this great nationwide initiative – we look forward to being part of the next iteration of the program.
