Andy founded Inoapps in 2006 in Aberdeen Scotland and has led the way in growing it into a global business across the UK, North America and Asia Pacific. Andy started his career working internationally in logistics and procurement before returning to Europe to implement Oracle systems within the Oil & Gas sector.

Fun fact: Craig grew up in the Christmas Tree Capital of the World, where festivities begin before Thanksgiving. His first summer job was trimming Christmas trees at a local nursery with machetes and he was placed on a crew that contained men on work-release from the county jail.

Andrew is our Global Commercial Head. Among his many responsibilities, he ensures our customers' Oracle assets (licenses and subscriptions) are both right-sized for their organizations and compliant with Oracle’s terms.

Fun fact: During a recent renovation of his entire property, Andrew developed many DIY skills and in his spare time is now a product ambassador for a major power tools company!

Fun fact: A few years ago, Gary raced an auto-rickshaw without a plan and without support, 3800km across India for charity.

Brian was one of the first Oracle Certified Professionally DBAs globally and contributed to the core ITIL publications in 2011.

Fun fact: As a native of Manchester, Brian is an avid Indie music fan and the sometimes host of a local radio show.

Debra is responsible for ensuring that no matter what we do, our customers remain at the heart of our thinking. With 26 years of Oracle experience, she is a recognized Oracle Applications and Technology expert and has spoken at over 300 events worldwide.

Fun fact: Debra took up diving as a dare on her 50th birthday and is now about to do her 700th dive.

Maz Zankowski

Maz developed our private cloud and leads the private cloud team. He's worked in IT for over 35 years, eight of them with Oracle. Over the years, his roles have varied from software implementations, operations, sales, and management in banking, networking, microfilming, and database/software enterprises.

Fun fact: Maz had a gun pulled on him while helping a driver change a tire. Newspapers subsequently reported that 'Manny Zanrowski' was confronted by a loaded gun, earning him the nickname Manny.

Drew Edgar

Drew Edgar heads up our busy Global Application Technology and Products practice and his team is responsible for delivering cloud and on-premise services in Integrations, Reporting, Data Migration and our own products and accelerators. Drew joined us 15 years ago as an Oracle developer and has spent time as a technical team lead, project manager, technology practice lead and head of products en route to his current position.

Fun fact: Drew’s birthday celebrations aren’t what they used to be. Not only was his daughter born on the same day, but his nephew was as well. Drew is lucky if he gets a birthday card now.

Jen is our Higher Education lead. She has over 25 years' experience implementing Oracle products, and has spent 20 years working in universities in the US and UK. She has recently contributed to the gathering of EMEA HE requirements for Oracle's forthcoming Student Cloud product. As well as a passion for cats, Jen genuinely enjoys and geeks out on systems thinking and project management methodologies.

Fun fact: Jen started her career in theatre. She ran her own theatre company for five years and worked for the Blue Man Group for three years, where her job was to get them bald and blue.
