As Global VP of Service Management, Tim leads our Service Delivery and Service Operations teams, and is responsible for the tools and processes used within Inoapps Managed Services.
Tim has over 25 years of outstanding service delivery and customer relations experience in the IT Industry. He is skilled at collaborating and leading geographically diverse teams and third-party vendors to drive projects that deliver within budget. He a certified Project Manager Professional and previously held Global Fortune 100 positions.
A Michigan native, Tim loves spending time with his family on the beaches of Lake Michigan, hiking and camping, and styles himself as a foodie of sorts, always trying out new recipes and gadgets.
