A career Human Resources professional and leader, Sakita has experience across industries including Engineering & Construction, Healthcare, High Tech, Oil & Gas, Power/Utilities and Government/Public Sector. She has spent her career transforming HR organizations to align with operational outcomes to improve employee and customer experiences.
Sakita serves on the board of Target Hunger and is actively involved in the Houston Food Bank, T-STEM (Texas Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) College Scholarship Program, Urban League Houston and Houston SPCA (Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
