Vicky joined the Management Team in 2012 bringing with her over 18 years of service management and operations experience. Throughout her career she has progressed through the ranks focusing on the delivery of complex programs of change and service improvement.

She has held several senior managerial positions in some of the UK’s largest technology companies where she had overall responsibility for the delivery of ICT managed services to thousands of clients across a range of market sectors. After seven years heading up our global Managed Services division, Vicky is now focusing on expanding our portfolio of accreditations and ensuring that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws, regulations and policies.
