Assurance is a fixed price service that provides tailored Functional support across your Cloud solution.

  • SR Management with Oracle and assistance with escalation.
  • New feature reviews and confirmation of applicability of new functionality
  • White papers outlining the new functionality in each release to enable assessment and adoption of new features.

Expert Services

Expert Services are available and delivered On-demand. Functional business knowledge expertise is delivered against a flexible call off of call off pre-purchased services.

Some common examples of Expert services deployment by our clients include:

  • Creation of a new entity or organization
  • Specific training request
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports
  • Setup of a new functionality

Test Support

The testing and release service is where Inoapps perform testing on the Oracle Cloud release prior to the client agreeing final acceptance.

The service is a set of procedures to accommodate prompt, efficient testing of the Monthly Patch and Upgrade cycles.

Inoapps perform testing following a pre-agreed schedule, using predefined test scripts. Outcomes are documented, issues identified and actioned appropriately. Where necessary Inoapps raises and manages the SR process on the client’s behalf.
